following fields is required International Relations International Business Economic Development Political Science or Public Policy<span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Masters degree or the equivalent experience in International Relations International Business Economic Development Political Science or Public Policy is preferred<span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>7+ years of experience in international assistance programs nonprofit organizations chambers of commerce andor associations womens economic empowerment entrepreneurship in the region preferably in the Pacific Islands<span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Minimum five years experience with program management and program implementation including program budget management at the strategic level preferred<span><span><span><span><span><li> <ul><div> detail<span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span>Proposal and report writing skills is required<span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span>Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills<span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision ability to prioritize and handle multiple
