Government Security Clearance<li> <li>A track record of consistently winning competitive IT services procurements<li> <li>Ability to maintain effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners<li> <li>Proven success in the execution of all phases of capture efforts including deal strategy development solution development teaming strategy and development proposals implementation and solution marketing<li> <li>Demonstrated skills in all areas of business development including targeting opportunity qualification capture strategy customer visits customer relationship development and relationship development with partner organizations<li> <li>Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR and federal contracting vehicles including GWACs and agency
