The Role: The Sr. Maintenance Planner will be responsible for helping Meati build a world class, maintenance and reliability planning and scheduling program from the ground up for their new Mega Ranch facility. This role involves owning the asset strategy, creating Job Plans, building a PM Strategy, planning and scheduling of all maintenance work, organizing and planning preventative maintenance tasks, and participating in root cause analysis activities. Responsibilities include managing the work order process, tracking maintenance activities, optimizing maintenance plans and schedules, managing spare parts, implementing and optimizing the kitting process, ensuring all equipment is in the CMMS with necessary PMs, working closely with maintenance technicians and operations, improving maintenance systems, tracking Maintenance KPIs, supporting continuous improvement, planning plant maintenance shutdown times, managing inventory of spare parts and shop supplies, and maintaining compliance with SQF standards and EH&S requirements. Qualifications include a High School degree or equivalent, 3-5 years Maintenance and Food Manufacturing Industry experience, experience working with a CMMS and building maintenance programs from the ground up, experience creating and pulling maintenance metrics and reports, and strong mechanical intuition, organizational skills, and computer skills.
