What You’ll Do:At an expert level, edit video stories that are compelling, engaging and speak to our target audienceMake complex creative and editorial decisions in collaboration with key stakeholdersWork with producers and our social media team to create engaging social video contentAt an expert level, color correct, sound mix, and create high-resolution exports for online and other social platformsWork alongside producers and the Manager, Post-Production to develop and implement new video editing and graphic styles and new formats for our video contentAnticipate and troubleshoot technical issues that may ariseProvide both technical and interpersonal guidance and mentoring to junior team membersMeet regularly with the production team as a representative of the post process and offer expert feedback on footage received from the fieldCollaborate with video team members in the creative planning, scripting, and pre-production of upcoming projectsConceptualize and execute new video formatsConceptualize and write graphic copy and voice overDrive projects through the post-production pipeline whilst maintaining both speed and qualitySupport the Manager, Post-Production to continuously improve and implement new post-production processesConceptualize and gather assets as requiredWhat You Need:Expert in Adobe PremiereExpert in Adobe Media EncoderAdvanced to Expert knowledge of Adobe After EffectsHighly knowledgeable of Adobe PhotoshopEagerness to re-evaluate workflows and technology to help the Post Team growStrong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge with team membersExpert storytelling skillsAbility to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced atmosphereAn eye for detail, pacing, and continuityAbility to take notes from multiple sources and implement them in your editSelf starter and a strong collaboratorAbility to work cross-functionally across the organization The compensation range for this position is $86,000-$150,000 per year.
