When a CortiCare vehicle is used it is for patient setup and disconnect use only not for private use NonEmployee Passengers are prohibited<li> <li>A CortiCare credit card may be issued to use for gas for the company car oil changes and pre approved expenses by direct supervisor or the accounting supervisor in advance of purchase<li> <li>When a company vehicle is not available the staff member will be reimbursed mileage tolls and parking fees Rates of compensation are $30 per mile traveled to and from patient starting at the office location staff or home and all reimbursements for tolls parking etc will only be reimbursed with a receipt<li> <li>Routine Maintenance appointments and up keep of the company vehicles are the responsibilities of the drivers of these vehicles<li> <li>Expenses for
