<div> <p>Grayscale Investments is the worlds largest digital currency asset manager Through its family of investment products Grayscale provides access and exposure to the digital currency asset class in the form of a traditional security without the challenges of buying storing and safekeeping digital currencies directly With a proven track record and unrivaled experience Grayscales products operate within existing regulatory frameworks creating secure and compliant exposure for investors<p> <div> <p><strong>Position Summary<strong><p> <p>Grayscale is seeking a Compliance Analyst to help further support the Firms AML Program This individual will play a key role in assisting with administering the Firms AML Program with a primary focus on performing Know Your Transaction KYT screenings This position is integral in detecting investigating and reporting potential money laundering risks This individual will also help support the Firms Registered Investment Adviser and BrokerDealer Compliance Programs<p> <p><strong>Responsibilities<strong><p> <ul><li>Assist the Senior Associate Compliance in facilitating the ongoing review of customers and transactions in accordance with the Firms AML Program<li> <li>Conduct analyses using blockchain analytics software to determine risk rating of investors customers and counterparties engaging in crypto transactions with the firm<li> <li>Handle the investigative process from detection to decisioning including drafting SARs when appropriate<li> <li>Help identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness<li> <li>Assist in testing the effectiveness of the Firms Compliance Program<li> <li>Assist the Compliance team on special projects as applicable<li> <li>Effectively work and communicate across all levels of the organization<li> <li>Develop indepth knowledge of the Firms investment products and capabilities<li> <li>Interest in learning the regulatory obligations under BSAAML rules Rule 20641 of the Investment Advisers Act SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA Rule 2210 and any other applicable rules and regulations<li> <ul><p><strong>Prior ExperienceRequirements<strong><p> <ul><li>Bachelors degree with strong academic achievement<li> <li>13 years of complianceAML experience at an investment adviser brokerdealer or crypto focused firm<li> <li>Experience with blockchain analysis software such as Chainalysis TRM Labs and Elliptic<li> <li>CAMS certification and blockchain accreditation<li> <li>Suspicious activity reporting to financial authorities<li> <li>Proficiency in the use of case management systems for AML investigations<li> <li>Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies<li> <li>Detail oriented with the ability to assess and prioritize projects<li> <li>Ability to work effectively on a team<li> <li>Must be collaborative flexible and adaptable reliable with a strong can do attitude<li> <li>Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment<li> <li>Strong interest in digital assets blockchain technology and related concepts<li> <ul><div> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company We do not discriminate on the basis of race religion color national origin gender sexual orientation age marital status veteran status or disability status<p> <div>
