digital communication strategies <li> <li>At least three 5 years of experience in people management in diverse and multiracial organizations<li> <li>Track record in designing and implementing digital communication strategies<li> <li>Track record of designing team and planning processes<li> <li>Strong understanding of climate justice strategy and social movements<li> <li>A demonstrated application of and commitment to justice equity diversity and inclusion JEDI antiracism or antioppression work Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively with people from diverse racial ethnic class age gender and sexual orientation backgrounds<li> <li>Strong ability to think strategically and translate overarching strategies into department goals<li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication
