KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct cost/benefit analysis and/or break-even analysis for various assignments by the Business Team Manager or President, to identify improvement opportunities Building new/improving existing accounting processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts Providing analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives Create financial and cost models from scratch to complete sound recommendations Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analysis Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives Developing monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends Educating, communicating, and partnering with site leadership Work with functional leaders and other finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business related field Preferred 3 years minimum of work experience in data analytics / data management position utilizing an ERP system Minimum of 3 years working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of pivots, VLOOKUP, tables, charts, trend analysis etc Must be bilingual (Korean and English speaking) Your Total Rewards Package will include: • 100% company paid premium medical, dental and vision benefits, (NO monthly premiums/no cost to employee) • A competitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan and you're immediately vested in the company matching contributions.
