Our Company Congo Brands is at the epicenter of where consumer demand meets product development Through brand partnerships with lead influencers we are afforded an inside look at what consumers truly desire Congo Brands is a health and wellness brand that sells supplements fitness snacks hydration drinks energy drinks and more through ecommerce and retail partnerships Congo Brands houses some of the worlds most noted brands including Alani Nu Prime Hydration and 3D Energy Congo Brands is on pace to become one of the worlds most noted consumer product companies with revenue growth increasing exponentially year over year Congo Brands goal is to be the goto Better for You Brand for everything from readytodrink beverages snacks supplements and more The Role We are searching for a Creative Project Manager to join our Brand Innovation team in the Creative Department at Congo Brands As Creative Project Manager you will be comfortable managing multiple projects priorities and timelines simultaneously You will report to the Sr Project Manager and assist them with tasks including but not limited to project timelines project planning creative team task assignments and followup and projectmanagement status documentation You must be a teamplayer with a cando attitude Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing department to understand project requirements and objectives for brand partnerships including packaging artwork POS photo and video campaigns<li> <li>Develop and maintain project timelines ensuring that all packaging artwork POS photo and video deliverables are completed on time<li> <li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary assets and resources for project execution such as product samples brand guidelines and photographyvideo footage<li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between the creative team and external partners including brand representatives agencies photographers and videographers as needed<li> <li>Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas and concepts for brand partnership campaigns ensuring alignment with photo and video production requirements<li> <li>Develop and maintain a monthly report of all content creation to be shared with stakeholders<li> <li>Assist the Senior PM in the coordination of photo and video shoot logistics including location scouting talent casting equipment rental product mockups and scheduling<li> <li>Assist the Senior PM in the production process for photo and video campaigns from preproduction planning to postproduction editing and final delivery<li> <li>Assist in the management of relationships with external vendors and service providers negotiating contracts and agreements as needed to ensure quality and costeffective execution<li> <li>Proactively identify and address potential project risks or obstacles related to photo and video production implementing solutions to keep projects on track<li> <li>Track project expenses and resources for photo and video campaigns ensuring that budgets are adhered to and any deviations are promptly communicated and addressed<li> <li>Maintain database of photo and video shoot resources<li> <ul>Requirements <ul><li>4+ years of project management experience preferred<li> <li>Working knowledge of print production and managing creative projects<li> <li>Bachelors Degree required<li> <li>Ability to lead and work as a team member in a collaborative group environment or alone<li> <li>Ability to interpret and follow written instructions andor oral directions<li> <li>Ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines<li> <li>Effective oral written and electronic communication skills<li> <li>A working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint<li> <li>Excellent time management skills and diligence to deadlines<li> <ul>Benefits <ul><li>Competitive Salary<li> <li>HealthVisionDental Benefits<li> <li>15 days of PTO + 8 paid holidays<li> <li>6 weeks paid parental leave<li> <li>401K plan with employer match<li> <li>Monthly cell phone stipend<li> <li>AND SO MUCH MORE<li> <ul>Congo Brands LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin disability veteran status age or any other classification protected by Federal state or local law PRIME
