Acting as liaison, coordinate with various internal departments to ensure alignment, awareness, and successful delivery of contracted services. By suggesting solutions and innovative ideas, build a pipeline of Cross-sell, Up-sell, and Expansion opportunities, and successfully closing such opportunities to drive revenue and maximize profits in accordance with personal quota as well as company revenue targets. To be successful in this role, prior experience in WMS, Supply Chain, Logistics is imperative. Establish, execute, and maintain regular communications with the customer's executive and leadership team, including Quarterly Business Reviews, to ensure the customers' long-term vision remains aligned with Datex's long-term vision. As needed, work with the appropriate Datex organizations to assist with ensuring the timely payment of all contractually owed payments from the customers, as well as assist with the resolution of customer issues and concerns.
