<p><strong>UIUX Engineer<strong> Contractor <p> <p>Kaizen Analytix LLC an analytics services company seeking a qualified technical developer Contractor with experience in UIUX Engineering Responsibilities and job requirements are below This role will handle ad hoc request and some projects as they arise Weekly hours will vary <p> <p><strong>Responsibilities<strong> <p> <p><em>Candidate will <em>be responsible for executing tasks related to a UIUX Engineering <p> <ul><li>Understand business context of analytics solution current state problem statement goalsobjectives and their business value obstacles and impacted client constituents <li> <li>Work with teams eg products team servicesconsulting teams sales and marketing team client teams in translating business problemsneeds faced by clients into user interface UI requirements designing UIs to meet clientcustomer needs and prototyping UI designs in the forms of clickable wireframes <li> <li>Provide clientspecific thought leadership and guide clients through workshopsinterviewsexercises that yield UI designs that elegantly address their needs <li> <li>Join teams of data scientists analysts and software engineers in telling datadriven stories through visualizations dashboards and UI screens <li> <li>Develop an understanding of Data Science principles and core concepts to better communicate findings <li> <li>Effectively present analysis models results and insights at the right level of detail to client teams executivelevel to userlevel and Kaizen teams <li> <li>Facilitate a critical communications role by interacting with analytics solution users business domain core delivery team members project domain and development personnel technical domain <li> <li>Provide internal Kaizen teams with thought leadership for designing bestinclass sales and marketing materialsgraphics including Kaizens company website <li> <li>Participate in sales and business development meetings related to UIUX design for currentnew clients <li> <li>Contribute to Kaizens knowledge capital by writing articles and presenting at industry conferences <li> <ul><p><strong>Job Requirements<strong> <p> <ul><li>Experience Minimum 1year professional UX design experience including but not limited to prototyping wire framing frontend development research andor analytical experience is required experience in business intelligence business analytics management consulting or related field is preferred <li> <li>Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology <li> <li>Experience designing for WCAG AA accessibilitycompliance is a plus <li> <li>Experience designing and utilizing UI style guide for High Fidelity Prototypes is a plus <li> <li>Education bachelors degree required <li> <li>Core Skills Strong communication project management analytical presentation mindset of own it all the way <li> <li>Tools Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe XD Sketch Figma Invision or similar design tools <li> <ul>
