Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of development for AES CE solar, solar+storage, and standalone storage projects in WECC as assigned from after origination through to construction commencement.Create and manage project development schedules and budgets.Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Manage contract obligations in key project documents.Work with internal permitting team to secure Project Discretionary Permitting including permit strategy, tracking permit efforts, working with local AHJs and presenting at permit hearings.Coordinate for delivery of site environmental studies, surveys and diligence reports.Work with internal real estate team to coordinate for delivery of ALTA Surveys and Title Reports.Work with internal interconnection team to support Interconnection process from Interconnection Application through to Interconnection Agreements.Work with internal and external Engineering teams as they progress engineering and design.Work with internal construction management team on contractor selection process and coordinate with construction management team on securing ministerial building permits.
