You will be responsible for supporting Corcentric clients with payment processing-related tasks. This key position is based in the Omaha, NE area and reports to the Manager, Client Services within our Payments team. As a Bill Pay Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing virtual card transactions on behalf of client base, defining virtual card processing instructions for suppliers, maximizing payment processing opportunities for clients, and following up with suppliers that have outstanding payments that need processing. Requirements include customer service or client support experience, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, strong listening and analytical skills, intermediate level of proficiency with PC software (MS Office applications), intermediate level of proficiency with Internet technology, demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
