Job Description

The Assoc Ops Sup Analyst is an entry level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, MIS Reporting and manual billing file. Additionally, the Assoc Ops Sup Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, Implementation managers, Service Officers, Lockbox Product Manager and our Third Party Vendor: Deluxe. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming inquiries, complaints and errors in cooperation with our third party vendor in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with Deluxe Service Teams at all Lockbox sites. and participate in Bi-weekly conference calls
  • Enter all action types enrollments, maintenance, investigations and deletions in the Deluxe Portal to ensure timelines are met and the quality meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Create cases in Salesforce and RSM for tracking and audit purposes as needed.
  • Research and interpret standard information and identify inconsistencies in data or results
  • Analyze and report all HIPPA issues to Product Manager.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Retail, Business Banking, Citi Commercial Cash Management Products and Services.
  • Experience with the following systems: BABO, Citismart, Systematics, Citidirect, Salesforce, Eclipse RSM, and Account Analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task when necessary.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
