Schedule:
Monday - Friday (40 hrs/wk)
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Department: Sales Support - 914
Primary Purpose:
Creates database reports based on end users specifications and/or requirements. Manipulates and presents data in appropriate format as requested. Gathers report objectives, data required, and specifications for delivering upon the requestor's expectations and needs. Extracts data, runs reports from existing database libraries and creates new reports or modifies existing reports as appropriate. Performs data validation to ensure reports are pulling correct and accurate data meeting customers' needs. Develops reports and extracts from multiple data sources determining best source of data Assists in maintaining ANSR client and contacts data base, SalesForce CRM with updated client information provided by Business Development Managers (BDM), Client Service, Exception Handling, clients, and other appropriate individuals. Serves as a liaison for clients and contacts process. Interacts with Business Development team, IT Clinical Systems, and SalesForce.

Essential Functions:
Creates database reports based on end users specifications and/or requirements
To gather and enter correct client information changes into the electronic AAR and into the ANSR database when possible.
Conduct Annual Audits of the Client contact information with the Business Development Managers.
Contact client upon receiving return mail following bulk mailings for Hotlines, invitations top conferences, client notifications, etc. Correct information then enter into the AAR process.
Responsible for maintaining databases and writing report queries for reporting from databases used and maintained by Sales Support to fulfill client and Sales team requests.
Other duties as required.
Physical and Other Requirements:
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Communicate: Frequently and effectively communicate with others.
ARUP Policies and Procedures: To conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures.
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Fine Motor Control: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling.
