Commercial HVAC/ Refrigeration/ commercial cooking Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled Service technician dedicated to his or her craft, to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/Refrigeration., and commercial cooking Equipment. This role involves Customer communication, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration ,hvac, cooking equipment systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance of all equipment. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems, refrigeration units. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R, cooking equipment. • Troubleshoot issues using schematics and diagnostic tools meters. • Conduct field service calls to address customer concerns regarding equipment. • Execute plumbing tasks related to refrigeration installations as needed. • Repair and maintain various appliances related to cooking equipment ( Ovens, griddles, combi-ovens etc.) • Communication is crucial with us and our customers. customers need to be informed and advised on best course of action. • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs. • Provide exceptional customer service. • Love what you do • Have pride on everything that you do. Requirements • Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC/R field or related mechanical roles. • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. • Familiarity with construction practices and HVAC design principles. • Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. • Experience in plumbing tasks relevant to refrigeration systems is preferred. • Knowledge of air conditioning systems (RTU). Refrigeration (walk in coolers, Freezers, reach ins prep coolers, freezers • Valid driver's license & clean record is required for field service responsibilities. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments. • Love what we do , we take great pride in our workmanship.
