Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Telecommunications Enrollment Representative to serve as the first point of contact for new and prospective customers. In this role, you’ll guide individuals through their options, answer questions, and help them enroll in the services that best match their needs. The Telecommunications Enrollment Representative will be working in person with customers and business owners to generate new customers for our Telecommunications client. This role requires a blend of inside and outside sales skills with a focus on lead generation, account management and customer service. What You’ll Do • Deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience with every interaction delivering engaging presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our products and services • Clearly explain available telecommunications services and enrollment options identifying customers needs and providing tailored recommendations • Assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks related to sales orders and report with precision and company standards • Work closely with team to achieve and surpass performance goals • Participate in required training programs and ongoing skill development • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership What We’re Looking For • Comfortable with computers, software applications, and communication devices (smartphones, routers, modems, set-top boxes, etc.) • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, dependable transportation, and a clean driving record • Self-starter who thrives working independently • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers • Organized, goal-driven, and skilled in time management and territory planning • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities • Manage your assigned territory to maximize growth and market penetration • Build lasting relationships with property owners, managers, HOAs, and community leaders • Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and market trends using the company CRM system • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently hit property acquisition goals Compensation & Benefits • Guaranteed base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commission guarantee • Average target compensation of $105,000+, with additional bonuses and incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,500.00 - $89,900.00 per year Benefits: • Life insurance • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Retirement plan Work Location: In person
