Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, demonstrating proficiency in residential projects. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to safety standards. Duties • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. • Conduct woodworking tasks including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. • Participate in water damage restoration efforts, including mold remediation and restoration industry practices. • Carry out caulking, stucco application, siding installation, and other finishing work. • Perform heavy lifting as necessary for project completion. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction with a focus on carpentry skills. • Familiarity with various construction techniques including CNC operation and assembly processes. • Strong understanding of restoration practices related to water damage and mold remediation. • Ability to lift heavy materials and operate equipment safely on-site. • Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. • Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory. • A valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations.
