Job Description

Installing Whole House Fan Ventilation Systems & other Residential Products here in the South Bay area. We are looking for full-time, possibly part-time employees with basic carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical & mechanical skills with opportunities for advancement. Pay to start at $20-25 depending on skill level, can negotiate if skillsets are proficient. We are looking for Team Members that have basic carpentry & framing skills who know how to cut lumber in existing structures /add lumber as needed, basic electrical skills such as tapping into power, wire receptacles/switches & fish wires in walls; finish carpentry skills such as cutting, patching & painting drywall/plaster; basic mechanical skills for installing appliances. If you have 3+ years of construction experience, are hard-working, efficient, and customer-focused then this is the job for you! Principle Duties/Responsibilities: • Basic wiring, installation of ducting, mechanical connections • Field Testing of installed products, diagnostic and repair • Communicate in English with Clients & Team Members • Complete projects within time frame & budget Requirements: • Must have Valid CA I.D. & legally authorized to work in U.S. • Undergo a thorough background check • Have dependable personal transportation, own basic hand tools • Physical ability to climb into attics, mounting equipment 20-50 lbs, bending, lifting in confined spaces • Ability to read and comprehend the manufacturer’s installation manuals in English • Basic knowledge of hand & power tools Bay Area WHF Inc. is a growing local business that strives to be a leader as Ventilation Experts who are constantly learning, training, evolving and finding new ways to succeed.
