We are seeking a motivated and results-drivenHome Health Marketerto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals to promote our home health services in Santa Clara County. Responsibilities: • Identify and establish relationships with new referral sources • Maintain regular contact with current referral partners • Educate providers and facilities on the benefits and services of our agency • Develop and implement monthly marketing strategies and outreach plans • Track and report on referral activities and results • Meet or exceed monthly referral goals and company quotas • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure excellent patient care and communication Qualifications: • Previous experience in healthcare marketing or sales (home health experience preferred) • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed • Knowledge of Medicare, home health regulations, and referral processes is a plus • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits: • Medical and Dental Benefits • Flexible spending account • 401K matching after 1 year of employment • Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
