They will analyze financial information, prepare reports, and stay up to date on international accounting standards. Additionally, this role includes processing invoice payments and reconciling accounts. • Essential Functions: • • Perform mid-level general ledger account reconciliations, meticulously verify data accuracy and rectify errors made by other internal and external parties. • Provide support for monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial closes. • Maintain and update records and reports pertaining to profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets to ensure accurate financial documentation. • Review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting regulations across jurisdictions where operations are conducted. • Facilitate transactions with foreign entities. • Stay abreast of accounting principles and standards in locations we operate in to ensure alignment with international best practice. • Execute outgoing payments in line with company guidelines • Reconcile accounts payable ledger and ensure tracking of accurate postings. • Facilitate timely payment of invoices. • Prepare ad hoc reports for upper management.
