Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, English-speaking plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in plumbing systems installation and repair. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems function efficiently and comply with ADA and safety regulations. No dumb asses, please. Duties • Install and repair plumbing systems in mostly commercial settings. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems, we can teach also. • Perform heavy lifting as required for installation and repairs. • Soft soldiering pipes and fittings as necessary to ensure secure connections. • Assemble plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, urinals, drinking fountains, and toilets. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, to complete projects efficiently. • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations is a must Experience • Proven experience as a Plumber • Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems is essential. • Need to have a clean DMV • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately, but we can teach also. • We need common sense, if you don't posses common sense, please stop reading and move on to another job.
