SENIOR ASSOCIATE, AD OPERATIONS

We are currently looking for a Senior Associate, Ad Operations to join our growing team, who will be responsible for the smooth running of campaigns across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to gain experience in the OTT (“over-the-top”) and CTV (“connected television”) space. This position will take ownership of detailed online advertising campaign executions across a myriad of placements and platforms, including display and video across web, mobile, and CTV apps.  

 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage direct and indirect digital advertising campaigns; focusing on timely, accurate implementations, and full campaign delivery
• Lead troubleshooting of monetization and campaign delivery issues such as under pacing, reporting discrepancies, ad architecture, and technical issues. 
• Drive resolution efforts by collaborating with internal and external partner teams
• Manage and analyze direct sold and programmatic campaign effectiveness, ad product KPIs across content types (FAST/Live Channels, VOD) and devices (CTV, mobile, web)
• Supervise external vendors and platforms to ensure all systems are running efficiently
• Hone project management skills throughout the creation and scheduling process of custom, integrated campaigns in partnership with various internal and external teams
• Build first-hand knowledge of publisher side advertising technology in order to consult with demand partners on best practices
• Stay up-to-date on key developments in the rapidly changing digital advertising ecosystem (e.g. oRTB specs, cookieless targeting, invalid traffic etc.) and apply that knowledge to update or build new processes that support changing industry needs
• Oversee month-end billing and reconciliation in coordination with internal teams

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience running digital advertising campaigns
• Proven experience with ad serving platforms preferred (i.e. GAM, Publica)
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to multi-task multiple account projects, work well under pressure, and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Must be able to be fully onsite and come to the office Monday through Friday

The reasonable estimated salary for this role at ODK Media, Inc. ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 plus a competitive package that may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
