You have a working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism. You bring some fieldwork experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families. You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products. Know HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information. What will you do?Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica’s clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelines.Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists in the pod.Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours and maintaining productivity expectations.Provide monthly supervision to all RBTs and/or BCATs on their pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences.
