administration and operations of the Workplace Solutions Group WSG The position will be responsible for managing and leading the security systems and networks and overseeing Samsungs security operations <span><p> <p><span>Location Onsite at our San Jose officeheadquarters 5 days a week required<span><p> <ul><li><span>Design implement and maintain security systems and networks<span><li> <li><span>Lead management of Samsungs Access Control platform<span><li> <li><span>Manage partnersvendors for scheduled maintenance<span><li> <li><span>Ensure the integrity and availability of security technologies<span><li> <li><span>Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems through creative problemsolving skills<span><li> <li><span>Indepth knowledge of security technology and protocols<span><li> <li><span>Supplement various aspects of the Security Program as requested<span><li> <li><span>Develop and implement safety and security programs to mitigate potential risks<span><li> <li><span>Optimize communication and workflow through process documentation and technology utilization<span><li> <li><span>Evaluate security programs and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with standards<span><li> <li><span>Oversee reports logs and passdowns generated by the security vendors<span><li> <li><span>Conduct access audits and collaborate with security personnel to resolve issues<span><li> <li><span>Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry best practices<span><li> <li><span>Review and assist with governance risk and compliance processes<span><li> <li><span>Identify assess and prioritize risks and implement measures to minimize impact<span><li> <li><span>Provide direct security management operation support such as vendor management<span><li> <li><span>Provide analysis support in reviewing business operations and invoice data with a solid understanding of security management<span><li> <li><span>Create and maintain key templates including reports for adhoc assignments for team support<span><li> <li><span>Provide support in business operations and project review<span><li> <li><span>Participate in the development of programs systems and projects to increase the efficiency of processes and operations<span><li> <li><span>Provide internal process support in submissions related to the security team<span><li> <li><span>Manage projects and programs as assigned<span><li> <li><span>Communicate and work across teams for collaboration with internal and external groups<span><li> <ul><p><span><strong>What You Bring<strong><span><p> <ul><li><span>Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in information technology and security related fields<span><li> <li><span>At least three years of handson experience with security technologies and tools and extensive experience in designing and implementing security systems<span><li> <li><span>Advanced skills with software and hardware security solutions<span><li> <li><span>Proven experience applying and assessing common security and control frameworks<span><li> <li><span>Excellent in report building and basic Excel skills<span><li> <li><span>Familiarity with security operations facilities coordination administrative and office services functions with direct experience in a workplace department preferred<span><li> <ul><p><span><u>Preferred Qualifications<u><span><p> <ul><li><span>Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSP or Vendorspecific certifications for security systems eg Cisco CCNP Security<span><li> <li><span>Excellent communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills<span><li> <li><span>Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook<span><li> <li><span>Work well under pressure and within time constraints in a fastpaced environment<span><li> <li><span>Ability to multitask with attention to details<span><li>
