Qualifications 5+ years of project management in management consulting, operations, manufacturing, and/or high growth startup environment Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance Proven success in leading projects and programs to on-time and within budget close Advanced proficiency with project management tools including: Microsoft Suite, MS Project, and other PM software Self-motivated, decisive, innovative, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information Ability to travel up to 35% to our US production facilities Additional Requirements Must pass any and all required background checks Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Must possess valid driver’s license Must be a minimum of 21 years of age LI-HYBRID The Role As a Project Manager, you will lead teams to deliver projects that span across multiple business units - including a dual portfolio of product category innovation initiatives and regional market expansion projects - and ensure successful and on-time project delivery. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of your projects, including managing resources, schedules, financials, issues & risks, and for the adherence to stage-gate principles. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives as they relate to improving project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience working in fast paced, visible roles with a focus on process execution, impeccable communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work within deadlines and budgets. Your ability to coordinate across departments, partner with various levels of stakeholders, and properly leverage the talents of many employees is paramount.
