to implement the continuouslyexpanding vision of the tax department of our firm<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Review individual trust estate S corporation partnership and state returns prepared by our team of tax professionals <span><span><li> <li><span><span>Prepare forms to comply with foreign filing requirements for our large number of international clientele<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Participate in highlevel clientinterfacing activities targeted to build lasting client relationships<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Interface with tax team to manage tax compliance and yearround tax planning<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Perform tax projections for clients in close coordination with the Wealth Management advisors<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Consult on client cases as the inhouse expert for tax projections throughout the year when optimizing Roth conversions selling real estate and other tax sensitive situations<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Build models for running different tax scenarios for specific clientrelated situations <span><span><li> <li><span><span>Identify and implement procedures to mitigate inefficiencies in the Tax Compliance function<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Support inhouse marketing efforts by writing educational articles that are pertinent to clients and prospective clients <span><span><li> <li><span><span>Participate in recruiting at Texas universities for tax interns<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Work closely with tax interns in their professional development<span><span><li> required<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Bachelors degree required Masters degree in Accountancy preferred<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Experience as a tax manager at a reputable CPA firm required<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Five or more years of public accounting experience with a focus on individual trust and small business returns <span><span><li> <li><span><span>Experience in preparation of Forms 5471 3520 3520A 8865 and 8885 preferred<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Experience in state tax preparation preferred<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Strong technical and interpersonal skills<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Strong written and oral communication skills<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Very detailoriented with an ability to work on several concurrent
