Job Summary

C&C Idea Lab is seeking a Digital Marketing & Media Specialist who operates at the intersection of storytelling and data-driven growth. Unlike traditional roles that separate creative production from strategic distribution, this position requires a hybrid expert capable of building high-conversion content journeys from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between technical artistry and business administration, ensuring that every video asset is not just visually captivating but also technically optimized to meet the KPIs of a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.

Responsibilities & Job Duties

  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update online platforms
  • Support email marketing initiatives
  • Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing ideas

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Experience is an asset but not required (training provided)

Benefits & Compensation

  • Guaranteed Wage: $37.00 – $45.67 per hour (commensurate with experience).
  • Vacation: 2 weeks (4% of gross salary) paid annual leave.
