This is a high-impact, hybrid leadership role at the intersection of AI engineering, product strategy, and commercial execution, focused on building and scaling market-facing AI solutions. The position combines hands-on technical development with strategic ownership of new AI service offerings designed for real-world client adoption and revenue generation. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture, delivery model, and go-to-market strategy for innovative AI-driven products. Working closely with engineering, sales, and executive leadership, you will translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable, commercially viable solutions. • Lead the end-to-end creation of AI product and service offerings, from ideation and architecture to deployment and commercial scaling. Act as a hands-on technical builder, actively coding, designing system architecture, and developing early proof-of-concepts to validate product direction.
• Define and execute product strategy, including roadmap development, KPI ownership, and performance tracking tied to revenue, adoption, and delivery outcomes.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions, fostering a culture of speed, experimentation, and execution excellence.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop demos, technical narratives, ROI materials, and client-facing solution assets.
• Evangelize AI capabilities internally and externally through client engagements, industry events, and strategic partnerships, while continuously monitoring advancements in AI/ML and integrating relevant innovations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product leadership, engineering leadership, or technical solution architecture within SaaS, AI, or platform-based environments.
• Strong hands-on technical background in software engineering, AI/ML systems, data products, or large-scale system design, with the ability to code and build solutions directly.
• Proven track record of transforming early-stage technology concepts into revenue-generating products or client-facing solutions.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience driving go-to-market execution, client engagement, and business growth outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executives, clients, and industry audiences.
• Entrepreneurial “player-coach” mentality with the ability to operate independently while building and mentoring high-performing teams.
