    • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Excel, Salesforce, AI tools, and business intelligence platforms to solve complex commercial challenges.
    • Experience leading high-performing analytics, commercial operations, or data science teams.
    • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders at all organizational levels.
    • Builder mentality with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-changing environments.
    • MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
    • Experience within molecular diagnostics, healthcare, life sciences, oncology, prenatal diagnostics, or other regulated healthcare industries is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with deploying AI-powered workflows, large language models, or automation solutions within commercial functions is considered a strong advantage.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive total compensation package of up to $471,554 annually.

      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with selected employee healthcare plans fully covered and substantial dependent coverage.
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan with a 4% employer match.
      • Generous paid family bonding leave of 16 weeks at full pay for eligible employees.
      • Supplemental fertility benefits.
      • Paid time off that increases with tenure.
      • Company-provided technology and equipment to support productivity.
