Job description

Team: Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Revenue Marketing in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling the revenue marketing function from the ground up within a fast-growing, developer-focused technology company. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, driving strategy and execution that directly generates pipeline, accelerates customer acquisition, and supports both product-led and sales-led growth motions. The role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with responsibility for designing scalable programs across digital, field, and account-based marketing. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment across the full customer journey. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will define how marketing contributes to measurable revenue outcomes. This is an opportunity to build a modern revenue marketing engine and lead a team shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Accountabilities:

  • Build, lead, and scale a revenue marketing function aligned to pipeline generation, self-serve growth, and enterprise expansion goals.
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that consistently drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop field marketing initiatives that support regional targets and enterprise account growth.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven reporting framework tracking sourced and influenced revenue, funnel conversion, and marketing ROI.
  • Build and optimize PLG-to-sales conversion strategies in collaboration with product and data teams, including lifecycle nurturing and lead scoring.
  • Define and execute an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for enterprise segments, including segmentation and targeting models.
  • Establish tight alignment between marketing and sales through shared metrics, processes, and revenue-focused planning.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of revenue marketers focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns across paid, content, outbound, and lifecycle channels.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 3–4+ years in people management roles leading marketing teams.
    • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation or revenue marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline.
    • Strong background in field marketing aligned with sales organizations and regional growth targets.
    • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing channels including paid media, content marketing, and outbound campaigns.
    • Deep fluency in revenue marketing metrics such as pipeline coverage, MQLs, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
    • Experience working in or alongside PLG (product-led growth) and sales-led hybrid motions.
    • Familiarity with ABM strategy and execution, or strong ability to build ABM programs from scratch.
    • Proven ability to build, hire, and develop high-performing marketing teams.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, product marketing, and product teams.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with both strategic and executional responsibilities.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary and equity package.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
      • Flexible vacation and time-off policy.
      • Remote-friendly and flexible work environment.
      • Opportunity to build and lead a revenue marketing function from the ground up.
      • Exposure to high-growth, developer-focused products and open-source innovation.
      • Collaborative, cross-functional culture with strong alignment between product, sales, and marketing.
      • Opportunity to directly impact company growth and revenue performance.
