Facilities Manager | Parental Leave Cover

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a portfolio of three CBD assets for a single key client. You’ll build strong relationships with tenants and service partners while driving high standards across operations, presentation, and performance. Your strength in budget management and forward planning will ensure assets are run efficiently while maintaining long-term value.

What you’ll be driving:

• Ensure building compliance and lead continuous improvement of engineering standards across the portfolio
• Oversee the day-to-day presentation, security, maintenance, and safety of three CBD properties
• Manage approved OPEX and CAPEX budgets, tracking performance against forecasts
• Build trusted partnerships with a single client, tenants, contractors, and internal teams
• Partner closely with Property Managers to deliver accurate and timely client reporting
• Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively

Further skills and experience you will bring to the role include:

• Background in Facilities, Engineering, or Building Management within a commercial environment
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple assets
• Experience with computer-based building maintenance and management systems
• Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
