This role plays a key part in strengthening financial clarity and forward-looking decision-making across a fast-evolving, global organization. You will transform financial data into actionable insights that directly support leadership planning, budgeting, and strategic priorities. The position focuses on building structure in financial tracking, improving forecasting accuracy, and enhancing visibility over spend and performance trends. You will work closely with accounting and leadership teams to ensure financial data is reliable, consistent, and decision-ready. Operating in a lean and collaborative environment, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep analytical work and solving financial inconsistencies. Your insights will directly influence pricing decisions, resource allocation, and 12–24 month financial planning. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in ambiguity and ownership-driven settings.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for building financial structure and supporting strategic planning across the business:
- Develop and maintain monthly financial tracking systems to ensure accurate visibility of company performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning (12–24 months horizon)
- Analyze spending patterns and provide leadership with clear insights on cost drivers and future trends
- Assist in pricing-related analysis to support data-driven commercial decisions
- Collaborate closely with accounting and bookkeeping teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Investigate financial discrepancies, inconsistencies, and gaps until fully resolved
- Prepare structured financial reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Support ad hoc financial analysis requests from senior stakeholders and leadership
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial planning and reporting
- Experience working with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail with excellent pattern recognition and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with incomplete or evolving data
- Ability to investigate and reconcile financial inconsistencies independently
- Strong communication skills with ability to present financial insights clearly and structurally
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a collaborative, advisory capacity
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Competitive monthly compensation: USD 1,000 – 3,000 (based on experience and interview performance)
