Accountabilities

  • Attract, select, and develop a high-performing Digital or Technology Product Management team.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and effective delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end product management for a portfolio or major market segment.
  • Define and set new Digital or Technology product strategies.
  • Apply expertise in modern digital and technology domains to drive innovation.
  • Inject strategic thinking to improve team outcomes in product solutions.
  • Guide teams to implement data-driven methodologies and optimize user experiences.
  • Develop best-in-class processes for data collection and product decision insights.
  • Manage ambiguity and influence clarity among team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business activities.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience.
  • 3 years of experience leading teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and influence product strategy.
  • Strong technical and customer experience foundations.
  • Knowledge of digital products and emerging technology platforms.
  • Experience in Agile and Lean Product Development environments.
  • Understanding of Experience Design and Human Centered Design principles.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
