The Corvus Cyber Risk Outreach team engages with businesses that purchase Corvus’s Cyber or Tech E&O policy to help prevent cyber losses. Corvus has found that policyholders that engage with our team and technology experience nearly 20% lower frequency and cost of claims. We are looking for an experienced people manager that can lead a small team and bring customer success best practices to our existing outreach program. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Risk and Response.


Responsibilities 

  • Project manage the daily operations of our risk management services
  • Lead a small team of customer success professionals
  • Lead calls with policyholders and brokers to discuss cyber risk management and incident response
  • Timely respond to questions from policyholders related to risk management and cybersecurity
  • Work with product, engineering and claims to improve the policyholder experience in our tech
  • Work with data science and cybersecurity colleagues to alert policyholders to vulnerabilities
  • Organization of risk management communications internally and externally
  • Regularly meet with our internal stakeholders in order to understand their needs as well as to inform and demonstrate the value of our service
  • Be a liaison cross functionally throughout the organization
  • Ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

What you'll bring to the flock: 

  • 5+ years of customer success experience in the cyber security industry
  • Previous management experience
  • Familiarity with insurance industry (cyber) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly organized, superb attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Experience implementing customer success best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills supporting the need to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and/or incident response best practices

We believe in paying equitably for performance. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and geography. Please note that the salary range that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only. The base salary range for this position is: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00, subject to final approval.  This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
