Job description

Team: Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager – Reporting COE based in India.

This role sits at the heart of a global Finance CoE, driving high-quality financial reporting, planning, and analytics for senior leadership across multiple regions and business lines. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of executive-level financial insights that support strategic decision-making. The position plays a key role in standardizing reporting processes, improving financial visibility, and enabling data-driven decisions at scale. You will work closely with global stakeholders across FP&A, controllership, strategy, and business teams in a highly matrixed environment. A strong focus of the role is on automation, dashboarding, and continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability. This is a high-impact leadership role where finance, data, and technology intersect to shape business performance insights.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business lines and geographies.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario analysis, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
  • Monitor financial performance versus plan, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Own monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring accurate, timely, and standardized executive reporting packages.
  • Prepare P&L statements, KPI dashboards, and management commentary for senior leadership (CFO/CEO level).
  • Ensure data integrity through first-level financial reviews and cross-functional validation before leadership submissions.
  • Drive development and standardization of global dashboards across regions, clients, and business units.
  • Lead automation initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, Oracle Planning, and AI-based solutions.
  • Provide deep financial analysis to support decision-making, investment cases, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Drive CoE operational excellence by standardizing reporting processes and improving efficiency through automation and best practices.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
    • 8–10 years of experience in corporate finance, including at least 6 years in FP&A or reporting roles.
    • Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
    • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills with strong analytical capability.
    • Experience with BI and planning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, or Oracle Planning.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
    • Exposure to AI-driven finance tools and automation initiatives is highly desirable.
    • Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations with multi-region exposure preferred.
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate insights to senior leadership.
    • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with a quality-first and review-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and globally distributed environment.
