This role is centered on shaping and elevating a premium luxury brand’s presence within the Indian market through impactful, multi-channel marketing strategies. You will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and deliver memorable luxury experiences. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across campaigns, events, PR, and digital activations. You will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning while adapting strategies to local market dynamics. This is a high-impact role where creativity, precision, and commercial awareness come together to shape how customers experience the brand. You will also play a key role in building partnerships, managing budgets, and driving innovative activations that elevate brand desirability.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the local marketing strategy aligned with global brand direction and business objectives
  • Lead all marketing activities including media, PR, events, communications, visual merchandising, and partnerships
  • Plan and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns in coordination with sales and retail teams
  • Design and implement high-impact local activations across digital, print, and out-of-home channels
  • Manage the annual events calendar including product launches, boutique openings, and client experiences
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with brand positioning
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources and ROI optimization
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent brand execution
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure strong brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, retail, and global teams to support commercial goals
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, including significant experience in a marketing leadership role
    • Prior experience in luxury retail marketing, ideally in watches, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands
    • Strong understanding of brand management, integrated marketing, and customer experience strategies
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and budget management skills
    • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful marketing activations
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly adaptable in fast-paced environments
