Principal Business Integration Analyst(SAP MM)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Business Integration Analyst (SAP MM) based in India.

This role sits within a large-scale enterprise transformation environment focused on modernizing global supply chain and procurement operations through SAP S/4HANA. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex procurement and materials management requirements into scalable SAP MM solutions. The position involves designing, configuring, and optimizing end-to-end procurement and inventory processes across a global organization. You will contribute to major SAP transformation programs, ensuring seamless integration across multiple modules such as PP, SD, FI/CO, and EWM. The role also requires strong involvement in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities. This is a high-impact position where your expertise directly improves operational efficiency, process automation, and supply chain performance at scale.

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) solutions to support end-to-end procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Manage full lifecycle SAP project delivery, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
• Support and optimize procurement processes such as consignment, subcontracting, third-party procurement, service procurement, contracts, and scheduling agreements.
• Configure and enhance key MM functionalities including stock transfers, vendor evaluation, pricing procedures, release strategies, quota management, and MRP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PP, SD, FI/CO, EWM, and Ariba to ensure seamless system integration and end-to-end process alignment.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, develop functional documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and materials management processes.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP MM within enterprise environments, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management.
• Proven experience across full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least two large-scale S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, including consignment, subcontracting, service procurement, and stock transfer scenarios.
• Solid experience in MM integration with PP, SD, FI/CO, IM/EWM, and related enterprise modules.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, map business processes, design solutions, and produce high-quality functional documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills in complex global environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business, technical, and global teams.
