The Role

We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team at Linus Health. This person will lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and voice of the customer for our small practices segment partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to hone the Linus Health message and drive adoption of our products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead the go-to-market strategy and product marketing function for the small practices segment across positioning, messaging, collateral, content creation, sales enablement, and more.
  • Lead strategic market launches for major product enhancements relating to Healthcare Delivery – updating related positioning and messaging, reflecting messaging updates in collateral, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support a successful launch (e.g., sales training, customer messaging, PR, landing pages, etc.) 
  • Support ongoing release planning and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring sales enablement content and messaging evolves in line with product enhancements
  • Develop voice of the customer frameworks and lead related research to provide market and customer insights to the organization.
  • Own our competitive intelligence for Healthcare Delivery by monitoring competitors and identifying top threats to inform strategy for both the sales team (e.g., for battle cards and training on competitive positioning), as well as leaders within the organization. 
  • Create product collateral, sales decks, and website messaging, as well as content to drive demand for Linus Health’s solutions (e.g., white papers, webinars, videos).
  • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation with segment-specific messaging and strategies.
  • Lead product pricing strategies by market and product line in partnership with finance, product management, and sales.

About You:

  • 3-4 years of product of product marketing experience in a SaaS environment  
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare (i.e. working in healthcare or marketing and/or selling into healthcare)
  • Experience in or knowledge of primary healthcare delivery, including basic workflows and payment models (e.g. fee-for service, value based care) 
  • Experience creating sales playbooks, including sales training materials – including developing buyer personas, discovery questions, objection handling, internal FAQs, etc. 
  • Effective communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy  
  • Go-getter attitude with ability to balance strategic and tactical work on an ongoing basis
  • Track record of working effectively cross-functionally, including serving as a key partner to product management and sales

  • The expected salary range for this position is between 115,000-135,000 per year including a discretionary yearly bonus incentive & equity
