Job Description:

HPE GreenLake (GL) is at the core of HPE's edge-to-cloud strategy and is seeing incredible market momentum, quickly becoming the market mover and shaker for on-premises and hybrid IT-as-a-service solutions. Due to the continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and support multiple projects for our special accounts' programs. In this critical role the ideal candidate will help us to accelerate HPE's transformation to an edge-to-cloud company. We are looking for a project manager, who has unique mastery and recognized authority in managing complex programs, governance processes and Rhythm of Business schedules to support teams, with a high level of self-supportiveness. You will contribute to the development of innovative concepts, new methods, and ideas. You successfully operate in the most complex disciplines and are able to oversee collaborative cross functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals, KPIs and develop functional policies and direction.

This is a remote position and can be based anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversees internal global projects and ensures that it meets all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations, through planning, controlling, and managing.
• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
• Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.
• Provide support and guidance in the development, and execution of the business vision - helping partners transform their business and derive measurable business value from their IT investment.
• Utilizes technical and business skills to oversee complex cross-functional activities that have a high impact on the HPE GreenLake business.
• Manages large/complex/multiple regions or global projects and programs. Typically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors' vision of an end-state transformation high/very high risk.
• Manages complex multi- function and/or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.
• Mentors and collaborates others providing a role model and support for development.
• Oversees cross organizational activities that have significant impact on WW growth of the HPE GreenLake business.
• Develops and manages breakthrough processes and cutting edge programs.
• Manages cross-functional/cross-geographical projects/programs.
• Liaising with internal and external partners on strategic level.
• Individual contributor role.

Education & Experience

• First Level University degree. Advanced University degree or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in project or program management roles in the IT industry, ideally in global or regional roles
• Advanced Experience in managing OKRs (goals/KPIs and key results) and Rhythm of Business processes for team.
• Familiar with aaS business models and partner landscapes (channel, SI, SP, Colocation, ISV, etc.)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong program leadership skills, with high level of independency.
• High knowledge of IT and services/cloud industry and partner ecosystems.
• Highly developed problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations.
• Strong skills in exercising your own judgment.
• Extensive understanding of critical program/project management techniques and change management skills.
• Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen.
• Excellent presentation skills. Highly developed negotiation/ influencing skills.
• Recognized as a leader in the Services PM Profession community.
• PMP Certified preferred.
• Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Enjoys working in a global role.
• Ability to guide and inspire teams across organizations.

If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. USD Annual Salary: $111,000.00 - $255,500.00
