Project Manager – SAP CPQ

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager – SAP CPQ based in India.

This role is a high-impact delivery leadership position focused on managing complex SAP CPQ implementation and enhancement projects within large-scale enterprise environments. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery teams while maintaining strict control over scope, timeline, and budget. The role requires strong coordination across internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of Quote-to-Cash solutions. You will operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment where governance, transparency, and execution discipline are critical. This position offers significant ownership over project outcomes and direct visibility with senior leadership. It is ideal for a seasoned project leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.

• Lead end-to-end SAP CPQ and enterprise IT project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes while ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
• Facilitate governance forums, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Track project performance using KPIs and ensure milestone delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Manage change requests, documentation, and project controls throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and execution standards.

Requirements:

• 10–18 years of experience in IT project management with a strong track record of delivering large-scale enterprise programs.
• Proven expertise in SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and SAP ecosystem integrations.
• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling capabilities.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
• Proficiency in project planning tools, governance frameworks, and delivery tracking methodologies.
• Ability to present complex project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
