This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in India.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to play a key role in supporting global hiring initiatives across multiple regions and business functions. Working in a fully remote environment, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent. The role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. You will help shape hiring strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance recruitment processes that support long-term organizational success. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hiring outcomes while contributing to a positive candidate experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across technology, consulting, and corporate functions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct structured candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and team needs
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely candidate progression through all recruitment stages
  • Facilitate offer preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding support activities
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking system data, and hiring documentation
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline performance, and hiring effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to scalable talent acquisition programs
  • Ensure recruitment practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and internal policies
  • Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives that support successful new hire integration
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within IT consulting, technology, or professional services environments
    • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet hiring objectives in fast-paced settings
    • Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates and developing high-quality talent pipelines
    • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
    • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment analytics tools
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders effectively
    • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
    • Experience hiring across multiple geographies is highly desirable
    • Knowledge of labor laws and employment practices across relevant regions is an advantage
    • Experience supporting remote and distributed teams is preferred
    • HR certifications such as SHRM, PHR, CHRP, or equivalent are considered a plus
    • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives is beneficial
