  • Supervise directors and operational leaders, providing strategic guidance, performance management, and support to maintain high-quality project execution standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and technical teams during project planning and audit phases to validate technical feasibility, installation specifications, and customer expectations.
  • Maintain oversight of subcontractor, vendor, and labor relationships to ensure strong operational delivery, quality control, and consistent service standards nationwide.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and strategic operational reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction, proactive communication, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
  • Establish clear operational processes, meeting structures, reporting practices, and corrective action plans to maintain alignment with KPIs, SOPs, and project timelines.
  • Requirements:

    • Extensive leadership experience managing large-scale operations, project management teams, and field operations within energy, renewables, construction, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of lighting systems, Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), and national rollout program execution.
    • Proven ability to lead senior-level teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive accountability across distributed operations.
    • Demonstrated financial and operational acumen, including experience managing budgets, tracking EBIT performance, and optimizing operational efficiency.
    • High proficiency with Google Workspace tools, Microsoft Excel, and operational software platforms such as ArcSite and Snapcount.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
    • Ability to travel up to 30% as required to support operational initiatives, customer engagements, and field activities.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical expertise or industry-related leadership experience is highly valued.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive executive-level compensation package.
      • Remote work flexibility with national operational exposure.
      • Opportunity to lead high-impact programs within a growing and innovative industry.
      • Collaborative and leadership-driven work culture focused on operational excellence.
      • Career growth opportunities with strategic influence across large-scale projects and customer accounts.
      • Exposure to national clients, major operational initiatives, and cross-functional leadership collaboration.
      • Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and additional employee support programs.
      • Travel opportunities to support nationwide operational initiatives and strategic partnerships.
