Job Description

Team: Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Events Manager in the United States.

This role is a high-impact event leadership position focused on building and executing strategic, revenue-driving experiences that connect enterprise audiences with meaningful brand engagement. You will own the full lifecycle of a diverse event portfolio, including trade shows, executive gatherings, hosted experiences, and flagship conferences. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong ownership of both vision and operational delivery. You will design scalable event frameworks that drive pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and improve customer engagement outcomes. Working cross-functionally with marketing, demand generation, and field teams, you will ensure events are tightly integrated into broader go-to-market strategies. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where data-driven decision-making, precision execution, and audience experience are key to success.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and evolve the overall event strategy and portfolio, including trade shows, executive dinners, hosted experiences, and flagship events, ensuring alignment with pipeline and engagement goals.
  • Design and execute high-impact event experiences from end to end, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site delivery.
  • Define success metrics for each event type and continuously measure performance against pipeline, engagement, and ROI outcomes.
  • Build scalable event frameworks and standardized “event-in-a-box” models to improve efficiency, consistency, and repeatability across programs.
  • Lead the execution of flagship events, including agenda design, speaker coordination, production management, and attendee experience optimization.
  • Partner with marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure seamless post-event follow-up, pipeline acceleration, and account-level activation.
  • Manage external vendors and partners while maintaining quality control, budget discipline, and operational excellence across all event deliverables.
  • Integrate events into broader marketing campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and measurable business impact.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, with ownership of large-scale conferences, trade shows, or high-budget event programs.
    • Proven experience managing complex event portfolios tied directly to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
    • Strong project and program management skills, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, timeline ownership, and execution under pressure.
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and demand generation teams in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and event platforms.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and drive alignment.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs, measure performance, and optimize event effectiveness.
    • Bonus: experience in enterprise security, risk, investigations, or adjacent B2B sectors.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary package.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
      • Stock options and equity participation.
      • Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions.
      • Learning and development stipend.
      • Flexible PTO policy and generous parental leave.
      • Remote work support, including home office and internet stipends.
      • Quarterly company wellness (“mental escape”) days and milestone celebrations.
      • Inclusive and flexible work environment focused on growth, balance, and impact.
