Senior SAP SD Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant based in India.

As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for global organizations. Working across the full implementation lifecycle, you'll help design, configure, and optimize Sales & Distribution processes while ensuring seamless integration with other business functions. • Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, covering Blueprint, Design, Build, Testing, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
• Configure and optimize core Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Shipping.
• Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution solutions, including Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) capabilities to improve product availability and fulfillment.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with ABAP developers and cross-functional teams across MM, FI, EWM, TM, and other SAP modules to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support global SAP rollouts, localization requirements, and multi-country deployments while ensuring compliance with regional business needs.
• Execute system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deliver end-user training, and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommend best practices to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects, with global implementation experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery Processing, Credit Management, and Output Determination.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced ATP (aATP); exposure to advanced supply chain capabilities is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with modules such as MM, FI, EWM, and TM.
• Experience supporting international rollouts, multi-country implementations, or logistics/3PL integrations is considered an advantage.
• SAP SD and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client interactions independently.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Availability to join at the earliest is preferred.
