This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in India.

This role sits within a high-impact global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, where you will act as a strategic hiring advisor across multiple business functions.
You will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment while shaping talent strategies that directly support business growth and organizational scaling in India.
The position combines hands-on executive hiring with strategic stakeholder management across senior leadership teams.
You will play a key role in strengthening university hiring pipelines and early-career talent programs across the region.
The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong consulting and influencing skills.
You will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to translate workforce needs into effective hiring strategies.
This is a high-visibility role where insights, market intelligence, and recruiting expertise directly shape talent decisions.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality hires aligned with business needs and hiring metrics.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and executives, supporting workforce planning, talent strategy design, and complex hiring needs across India.
  • Drive executive and senior-level recruitment while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and strengthen university relationships and early-in-career hiring pipelines to support long-term talent growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to ensure aligned and scalable hiring practices.
  • Leverage market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment analytics to influence hiring strategies and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional TA leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and evolving talent needs.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes by using data, feedback, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including strong exposure to corporate environments and complex hiring needs.
    • Proven experience in executive hiring and recruiting across multiple disciplines and organizational levels.
    • Strong track record of building relationships with universities and supporting campus recruitment initiatives.
    • Experience hiring across PAN India markets with strong understanding of regional talent dynamics.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
    • Strong sourcing, networking, and market research capabilities with a proactive approach to talent engagement.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Proficiency with ATS platforms and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
    • Strong communication, storytelling, and advisory skills in a business-facing environment.
    • Experience in Life Sciences or related industries is a plus.
