This role sits at the heart of operational and client support activities, ensuring smooth execution of administrative, service, and coordination tasks across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders. You will play a key part in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of exam-related operations, helping deliver a seamless experience for candidates and clients across global programs. The position involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting critical workflows related to exam administration, billing, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Client Services, and Test Delivery in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This is a highly structured role where attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistency directly contribute to service quality. It also offers exposure to global operations within an education technology ecosystem focused on accessibility and scale. You will help ensure that learners worldwide can access secure and reliable assessment experiences.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery across exam administration, client support, and internal coordination functions.
- Serve as a first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and candidates, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries
- Monitor, manage, and resolve support tickets through Zendesk or similar platforms, providing troubleshooting and clear guidance
- Support exam administration processes, including application handling, issue resolution, and operational follow-ups
- Collaborate with Finance, Client Services, Account Management, and Test Delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Generate and maintain operational and performance reports to support visibility and decision-making
- Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives aimed at enhancing service excellence
- Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations roles preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service-focused approach
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to follow structured processes
