What you'll do:

Upside is growing and in search of an extremely experienced, hardworking and solution-focused Senior Enterprise Account Manager for our strategic, and largest, Grocery Accounts team. In this role, you'll develop a detailed knowledge of our business and product; owning, maintaining and strengthening client relationships with a distinct group of enterprise merchants, while coordinating with internal partners to deliver on client expectations. This role collaborates with multiple departments, including Product, Merchant Analytics, Marketing, and Sales to represent the voice of the customer and to drive expanded merchant use of the Upside platform.

  • Build and manage relationships with Upside grocery partners, especially with their C-level and senior level executives, and serve as their main point of contact
  • Establish a deep understanding of the Upside value proposition and the benefit to grocers
  • Responsible for expanding each merchant partner's use of Upside to gain both site and transaction growth
  • Develop data-driven insights that are meaningful to Upside and our clients, and recommend scalable growth strategies
  • Sell in new product offerings, always identifying opportunities for growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans, meet deadlines, and introduce new programs
  • Monitor and provide actionable feedback on performance metrics (sales, marketing, and/or experience)
  • Lead monthly and quarterly account reviews with C-level executives that includes interpreting raw data, building performance reports, communicating product changes and future opportunities

What you need:

  • 10 or more years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, and/or Marketing specific to Enterprise, Strategic and/or Key Accounts, with specific experience managing accounts valuing at $25 million+.
  • Significant experience managing and presenting SaaS or Cloud-based consultative solutions to C-level contacts in large partner accounts, with success in retaining and growing accounts over a period of time.
  • Experience working with household name brands preferred
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Experience with large data sets and ability to extract business insights from analysis
  • Self-starter work ethic, results-oriented personality, and a creative but structured problem-solving demeanor
  • Perform in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
