  • Support development of strategic agreements, including IP protection, joint development agreements, and partnerships.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear insights for executive decision-making and cross-functional alignment.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • 10–15 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, advanced manufacturing, supplier engineering, or technology development roles.
    • Strong experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams in new product development (NPI) environments.
    • Deep understanding of supplier evaluation, technology readiness (TRL), and manufacturing scalability.
    • Strong technical leadership with proven ability to drive supplier collaboration and influence outcomes.
    • Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain and technology risks.
    • Familiarity with cost analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO), and sourcing optimization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally, including Asia, Singapore, China, and the USA.

    • Indian citizenship with a valid passport and global travel readiness.

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and industry standards
      • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor and advanced manufacturing technologies
      • Exposure to global supplier networks and international engineering teams
