As the Talent Community Marketing Manager, you will drive the strategic direction for Dropbox Talent Communities on behalf of the broader Talent Acquisition organization. We are looking for individuals who can build and execute CRM strategies pertaining to community building, marketing, as well as sourcing communications strategies. Responsibilities- Design and execute Dropbox’s Talent Communities strategic plan, including strategic growth initiatives focused on talent attraction and engagement
- Manage the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns (from strategy, requirements gathering, creative approach, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis)
- Own and manage the CRM calendar and execution of outreach campaigns
- Lead on-going optimization of CRM programs to drive continued growth and engagement with talent
- Drive adoption of CRM best practices and tactics across the Talent Acquisition organization
- Influence sourcing team to consider talent communities their top/go-to talent source
- Ensure all CRM and Talent communications are aligned with Dropbox brand voice and style guide
- Deliver talent attraction marketing campaigns, with a focus on authentic storytelling, in partnership with stakeholders across Dropbox
- Some copywriting support as needed
- 5+ years in a Talent Marketing or relevant role, with proven experience building talent communities
- Specialized subject matter expertise or experience overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in digital marketing, communications, talent acquisition, or customer engagement
- Program management experience in support of global programs, digital marketing, or enterprise talent attraction and engagement initiatives
- Strategic recruitment or marketing/branding experience developing integrated campaigns using multiple channels
- Experience analyzing metrics and articulating data trends both visually and verbally
- Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to influence and partner with business leaders to gain commitment to understand their needs and align projects and initiative to business goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
